Eat Smaller Meals
Eat six small meals a day. Eating six small meals per day can help speed up your metabolism. 3 meals and 2 snacks are sufficient. For example, eat egg white with potatoes for breakfast. A snack can be a protein shake or a hard-boiled egg. Lunch can be an avocado with tofu or another lean protein source. Dinner can be salmon and asparagus.
Add Healthy Fats
Foods high in healthy fats are incredibly nutritious. Some examples of healthy fats to add to your diet: avocados, dark chocolate, nuts, extra virgin olive oil, nuts, and cheese.
Don’t Skip Breakfast
Research studies show that women are more likely to skip breakfast than men. Skipping breakfast can make you sluggish for your morning. You don’t need a huge breakfast, but a small simple dish will suffice.

Aim to drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day.
Avoid Fake Foods
Over processed foods that contain high amounts of chemicals and artificial sweeteners are detrimental for your health. Foods with preservatives have been linked to diseases. Calorie dense food with very little nutritional value are a sure way to destroy your diet.
