It is very easy to forget that experts and great successes were once in the same place you were. Be easy on yourself and give yourself time to see the results you wish to see. Know Your Desires
Each and everyone one of us possesses desires and interests that is completely unique. Your path will never look too similar to someone else's path. Make a list of all the things you love to do or learn about. Find a way to incorporate these items in your everyday activities.
Replace Fear With Faith
Rather than creating punishments or taking away things you like if you don't accomplish a certain task. Be kinder to yourself and have faith in your abilities. The fear of failing is an illusion. You will not know unless you try, and that in itself is a success!
Keep A Journal
Journaling is an excellent way to remain in touch with yourself. It is so easy to get lost in the wants and the desires of the world we live in. There are teachers, parents, and friends who are projecting their dreams onto you. Keeping a journal is a great way to remain grounded and it's an opportunity for you to take a small break for yourself to listen to your inner voice.
