Food is medicine for the body. There are so many options to choose from, it’s all a choice. Whether it is a good choice or a bad choice – it’s all relative. It is no secret that some foods are better than others. Some can improve your health and boost your bodily functions. You can either use food as a tool of pleasure or a tool of healing.

In the midst of a global health crisis, minding your wellness can improve your chances of staying virus and disease free.

Ginger has a very poignant taste and scent. It can be very overpowering for some, but it comes with many health benefits. If you are an active person, ginger can reduce soreness and pain from exercise. Some of the other benefits of ginger include lowering your blood sugar and improving heart health.

Currently, it is summer time. It’s time to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Aim to get at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water flushes toxins out of your system and keeps everything running smoothly.
