Depending on your body fat percentage, you may be looking into shredding some fat. Shredding fat and building lean muscle is a simultaneous art. One can rarely exist without the other. The further along you are in your fat lost journey, the trickier it can be to lose the last bit of fat to hit your target fat percentage range. The scale is not the best indicator for how well you are doing on your journey, it cannot differentiate between the proportions of fat and muscle in your body – steer clear of the scale.

Eat Clean
Now is the time to ramp up your efforts. Your diet must be clean and free of junk. The main focus should be vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and some lean meats. Avoid any and all junk food, sugary drinks, white bread and pasta, and sweets. Don’t forget about fiber rich foods.
Strength Train

Supplement Protein
Health experts recommend at least 52 grams of protein per day, if you are active the numbers can increase.
Reduce Stress
Stress can actually increase the amount of fat on your body. Let go of that which is not in your control and accept what you cannot change. Focus on the positive aspects of your life and what you can change for a better tomorrow.
Active Cardio
Add some cardio into your routine can help blast fat. Cardio is great for your heart and it’s a guaranteed method to sweat.
Sit Less
How active are you during the day? Are you sitting around for the majority of the time? If that’s the case, it’s time to get more active. Walk around, use the stairs instead of the elevator, park in a further spot from the store. Be creative in the ways you can add steps into your day.
