Kombucha sounds like a foreign drink from a foreign land. Its opaque colors and disarming smell may alarm you at first, but rest assured that there is a myriad of health benefits packed into a single bottle of kombucha. There are many different flavors of kombucha ranging from fruity to sour.

Kombucha originated in Northeast China and it is prized for its healing properties. It is named after Dr.Kombu who is a Korean physique that brought the fermented tea to Japan as a cure for emperor Inkyo. Kombucha is a fermented drink made with tea, sugar, bacteria, and yeast. It has a colony of bacteria and yeast.

Kombucha made its debut in the western world in the 1990s as health and fitness enthusiasts began sharing their testimonials after trying the tasty tea. There is evidence and research that supports the alarming benefits of consuming Kombucha. Afterall, if it tastes that bad it’s got to be good for you!

Probiotics are essential for a healthy gut. Your gut is rich in different bacteria that play numerous roles in your body. The bacteria can improve your digestion, inflammation, and weight loss.
