You never really know how they prepare your food when you are out eating from restaurants and fast food chains. Let’s just say health isn’t their top concern majority of the time. Cooking at home is a very easy way to save money and ensure you’re eating a healthy, balanced meal.

Follow 80/20 Rule
Eating healthy is great for the majority of the time. But let’s be honest, you have certain foods that you crave and desire. There’s nothing wrong with indulging in a few of your favorite snacks or meals during the week. Try to stick to eating clean 80% of the time and indulging less than 20% of the time.
